I bought this tour book in July 31, 1985 at the Glens Falls Civic Center in Glens Falls, NY as a teenager. This was the first show in the U.S of their very successful Theater of Pain Tour after a short stint of warm up shows in Japan.Since it was so early in the tour, the new Theater of Pain Tour books were not printed yet. Hence they had their previous tour book for sale at the show.
