You are buying beaver tail with two bottom mounting brackets only.
This is a small but valuable item made in style of HPG gear and dedicated to Tarahumara backpack only and won't work with backpacks of other brands. It features a 3D design for a purpose to wrap around you helmet or a jacket and a splitting zipper that grants fast access to pack's zipper when empty.
On the bottom attach it to two Tara's tabs with brackets (included). Next, remove the buckles from the bottom compression strap on your backpack and put away the strap. Split the buckle and attach it to beaver tail's short straps and clip on corresponding parts on the top compression straps.
