Popular Taiwanese restaurant chain Moon Moon Food opening first overseas outlet in S’pore

Little is known about the Singapore outlet, except that it is located at Ngee Ann City and is slated to open in October 2024. At press time, the bright red hoarding for the restaurant is still up.
At its Taiwanese branches, Moon Moon Food serves Chinese-style food cooked with fresh local ingredients like free-range chickens, oysters and Hualien chilli peppers.It is particularly well-known for soup, with options like Green Chilli Peppers with Chicken, Sea Bass & Clams and Chicken with Garlic Cloves.
